Abstract

The business collaboration agreements are commercial contracts employed in Colombia, for the private and the public sector, and their main objective is allowing the members to combine their efforts, resources and experiences to address projects, activities or venture, that individually would not be possible for them. With roots in the common law, these agreements have their own characteristics that distinguish them from other legal entities in our country, which is why the study of their elements, is relevant. In a similar vein, the importance of distinguishing their treatment in public law as well as in private law is underline for its consideration. Regulated mainly by the autonomy will, its content entails a greater responsibility for the parties, that is why it is important to make useful practical reflections for its implementation.
