As its name indicates, e-Mercatoria (ISSN: 1692-3960), with its unique electronic format, deals, from the academic point of view, with the main commercial law issues. The Journal is published twice a year, its essential function is the publication of research results and is directed to the national and international academic community, as well as to the practitioners of law.

Its objectives are: 1. To provide readers with an electronic journal with rigorous academic quality standards. 2. Facilitate a broader and faster publication with international emphasis. 3. Encourage academic research and debate. 4. Conduct academic exchanges with other journals and specialized centers.
